Time and The – ! is looking for three or four regular contributors to submit reviews, essays, general blog posts, and other media related to Doctor Who and its spin-offs to ensure a continuous flow of posts and act as ambassadors of our Web site. We’re looking for new and old fans alike who are passionate about Doctor Who and who keep up what’s going on with the show. Familiarity using WordPress is helpful, but in no way required.
Contributors serve on a volunteer basis (this Web site is a labor of love, after all), but receive authorship credit, and a bio box on each page that can include links to personal Web sites and social media profiles. Contributors also retain ownership of his or her own work.
Contributors who are clearly a good fit for the site will be upgraded to Contributing Editors, and will have the ability to post on our Google+ and Facebook pages and moderate comments, as well as receiving an @timeandthe.com forwarding email address.
If you’re interested, please use the form at the bottom of this post to get in touch.
Reviews of classic Doctor Who, Torchwood, and The Sarah-Jane Adventures television stories. Doctor Who reviews should be for our “current” or any previous story from the Classic series, or the current episode of the New series. All reviews should be more than simple synopses of the stories. What we’re really looking for is honesty and fresh perspectives.
Reviews should typically be between 300 – 1,000 words long.
General blog posts on any relevant topic.
DVDs/Blu-rays, toys, games, etc. that don’t necessarily fall into the expanded universe category.

Daniel is the owner and Managing Editor of Time and The – !. He's been a fan of Doctor Who since watching Tom Baker regenerate into Peter Davison on his local PBS station as a kid. He launched Time and The – ! in 2011 after having the bright (?) idea to watch every Doctor Who story from the beginning and blog about it. (Yeah, he's way behind.)
